Zucchini Ki Sabji Ingredients:

2 Zucchini, cut into rounds
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1/2-inch Ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
3 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
1/4 tsp Fenugreek (Methi) seeds
1 tsp Cumin (Jeera) seeds
1 tsp Mustard (Rye) seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander (Dhania) seeds
Water, 1/4 cup
Salt, as per taste
